Fax over to us all the information including the check drafting form. We will accept
the photocopy of the check as payment and activate you within 24 hours.
Start-a-ISP will soon support the use of Pay Pal as an alternate way to pay your setup
or monthly usage fees.

Mail to us the information above that is required. After the setup fees + paperwork is
received we will have you setup in 24 hours.
